Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 20, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Printful website and your purchase of any products from us. Please read them carefully. By browsing our store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.
1. Who we are
This store is operated by [YOUR REGISTERED LEGAL ENTITY NAME], trading as Printful, whose registered address is [YOUR REGISTERED BUSINESS ADDRESS]. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to that entity, and "you" refers to the person using the store or placing an order.
You can reach us at [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS]. Our registration or tax identification number is [YOUR COMPANY / VAT / EIN NUMBER, OR DELETE THIS SENTENCE].
2. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time — for example to reflect changes in our products, our operations, or the law. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Material changes take effect when published here, and the "last updated" date above will change. We recommend reviewing this page before each purchase.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet that requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Please tell us promptly at [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS] if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe has been used in breach of these Terms.
4. Products, descriptions and availability
We take care to describe and picture our products accurately, but photographs are illustrative: colours, finishes and scale can appear differently between screens, and packaging may vary. Small variations do not make a product faulty.
All products are offered subject to availability. We may change, limit or discontinue any product, or limit the quantity available to any one customer or order, at any time and without notice.
5. Prices, taxes and currency
Prices are shown in [YOUR STORE CURRENCY] and may change at any time before you place an order. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at checkout when you submit it.
Whether prices include tax, and how shipping is charged, is shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Where we are required to collect sales tax, VAT or an equivalent, it is calculated based on the address you provide. For international orders, import duties and taxes are covered in our Shipping Policy.
6. Orders and when a contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received it — it does not by itself accept it. A contract between us is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation for the items in question. Where an order contains several items, we accept only those we confirm as dispatched.
We may refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, where: the item is unavailable; the price or description was materially wrong; we could not authorise your payment; we suspect fraud, resale, or a breach of these Terms; or we are unable to ship to your address. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
7. Pricing and description errors
Despite our efforts, an item may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description. Where the error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mistake, we are not obliged to supply the item at the wrong price. We will contact you before dispatch to ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel, and we will refund you in full if you cancel.
8. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not receive or store your full card number. By submitting your payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.
If a payment is reversed, charged back or otherwise fails after dispatch, we may suspend your account and seek recovery of the amount owed.
9. Shipping, delivery and risk
Delivery timeframes, costs, destinations and carrier terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us. Ownership passes to you when we have received payment in full.
10. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel, return items and obtain a refund are set out in our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory right you have as a consumer, including the EU/UK right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days and any legal guarantee that goods conform to their description and are of satisfactory quality.
11. Discounts, promotions and gift cards
Promotional codes are issued for personal, non-commercial use, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined with other offers unless we say so. Each offer may carry its own conditions, minimum spend or expiry date. We may withdraw or amend a promotion at any time, and may cancel an order or refuse a code where we reasonably believe it has been obtained, duplicated or used improperly.
[IF YOU DO NOT SELL GIFT CARDS, DELETE THIS PARAGRAPH] Gift cards are redeemable only in our store, are not refundable or exchangeable for cash except where the law requires, and expire [GIFT CARD EXPIRY PERIOD] after issue.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our store to: break any law; infringe anyone's rights; place fraudulent or speculative orders; resell our products without our written consent; upload malicious code; harvest data by scraping, crawling or automated means; interfere with the security or operation of the site; or harass our staff or other customers. We may suspend or terminate access to the store for any of these reasons.
13. Reviews and other content you submit
If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that it is your own, that it is accurate, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or contain unlawful, offensive or misleading material. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt and display that content in connection with our store and its promotion. We may decline to publish, or remove, any submission at our discretion. We do not undertake to monitor submissions, and views expressed in them are those of their authors, not ours.
14. Intellectual property
The store and everything on it — text, graphics, logos, product photography, layout and software — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view, download and print material from the store for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, framing, or use of our name or logo, requires our prior written permission.
15. Third-party links and services
Our store may link to, or rely on, sites and services we do not control (for example payment providers, carriers and review platforms). We provide those links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, products, or privacy practices of third parties. Your dealings with them are governed by their own terms.
16. Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated in these Terms and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our store and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the store will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.
Nothing in this section affects the statutory rights of consumers, which cannot be excluded.
17. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, however caused; and our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or for loss arising from your own breach of these Terms.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against reasonable claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the store, or your infringement of the rights of any third party. This does not apply to consumers acting outside their trade, business or profession where the law does not permit it.
19. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, carrier or supplier failure, utility or network outages, and government action. If such an event occurs we will contact you as soon as we can, and you may cancel any affected, undispatched order for a full refund.
20. Termination
We may suspend or withdraw the store, or terminate your access to it, at any time where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — continue to apply.
21. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE / COUNTRY], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [YOUR CITY / COUNTY, STATE / COUNTRY].
If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
We would always rather resolve a problem directly, so please contact us first at [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS] — most issues are settled quickly.
22. General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding your use of the store. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours if our business is sold, without affecting your rights.
